Routine maintenance ensures seamless treatments and extends the life of your device.

Follow these quick steps to maintain peak performance.

  • After Every Treatment:
Perform a system rinse for 20 seconds and empty Gunkie Jar.
Syndeo only: Ensure the device is connected to Wi-Fi for the latest upgrades.

  • At the End of Every Day:
Perform a system rinse for 60 seconds.

  • At Least Once a Week:
Clean the manifold (or after every 50 Hydrafacial treatments, whichever comes first). Clean the handpiece and the exterior of the device, including power entry and Ethernet ports, to maintain hygiene.

  • After Every Use & As Needed:
Clean the lymphatic therapy handpiece and LED lights.

  • Every 6 Months:
    Replace the handpiece and tubing.

Quick Tips & Best Practices

Use only original, non-diluted Hydrafacial products to ensure consistent glowing results and to prevent product related damage of your device.

When puncturing serum bottles for manifold placement, use the Hydrafacial puncture tool and swirl it to allow proper airflow.

Per your purchase agreement, your device should remain on the premises. However, if you must transport your device between treatment rooms, please:

  • Remove the Gunkie jar, handpiece, tubing, LED accessories and all serum bottles from the manifold.

  • Have more than one person involved to assist you with such transportation.

  • Lift the device from the bottom of the back; never from the tray.

  • Try your best to ensure the device remains upright and secure from movement throughout transport. If your device must be transported in another position, safely lay the device on its back and ensure you have properly secured the device to prevent any movement during transport and to avoid any damage. Damage to devices during transport are not covered under warranty.

Warranty & Compliance Reminder

Please note that failure to perform routine maintenance as outlined in your device manual may void your warranty. Routine maintenance includes cleaning, software updates (Syndeo only), and periodic inspections to ensure optimal performance. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in issues not covered by warranty.
